11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
- Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
12.1 All disputes must be resolved through arbitration, except as specified below.
12.2 You waive your right to bring claims in court or to participate in a class action.
12.3 Arbitration will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

13.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
13.2 Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

14.1 REVIFY may offer beta versions of its Services from time to time. Beta services are offered “as is” and may have limited functionality.
